Accessibility at Ancientel
Last reviewed: June 10, 2026
Ancientel is committed to making our intelligence accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Access is the entire premise of what we do — that commitment extends to how the product itself is used.
Our standard
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. We treat conformance as an ongoing commitment: as we ship new features, we work to meet this standard, and we review the product against it on a regular basis.
We are candid that we are on a path, not at a destination. Some areas of the product may not yet fully conform. Where we find gaps, we prioritize fixing them — and the contact below is the fastest way to tell us about one.
What we are doing
- ▪ Designing and testing the product against WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline.
- ▪ Supporting keyboard navigation and screen-reader use of the core experience.
- ▪ Reviewing color contrast, focus visibility, and motion in our interface.
- ▪ Treating accessibility defects as product defects, not afterthoughts.
If you have trouble using Ancientel
If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or want to request an accommodation, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an accessible means:
Email: brief@ancientel.com
Please tell us the page or feature involved and the problem you experienced. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is never finished. We welcome feedback on how we can do better, and we factor it into how we build. This statement will be updated as our product and our conformance evolve.
